Wild-Flow Yoga is a slow type of Vinyasa, where we flow mindfully from one pose to the other, aiming at de-stress our body and coming back to ourselves.

Perfectly suited for all levels and no requirements needed! Looking forward to see you there! 

Please, remember to bring a yoga mat- if possible!
